Sorry for my slackness on the blog but we have been inundated with entries...each needing to be verified, checked and uploaded...and they are all so good.
This morning we cracked the 600 entry mark..amazing on one week. So I decided we need a REAL challenge - 1000 entries by the 18th August - when voting starts.
I have a few favs I think may be in with a chance...but I can't divulge - anyway... it isn't up to me (thankfully - it would be toooo hard)! You have to vote for your favs, but not until the 18th Aug.
Once voting starts we will feature an entrant of the day...could be one of my picks...or one of yours. It will be interesting though so stay tuned....

Over 150 entries in 2 hours!
We are been inundated!! Over 150 entries since 9.00am today - well done everyone. It is very exciting.

Early Starters ...
Well....so much has happened since my last blog - we have had a photo change, a colour change and now we have a status change...that's right - we are now taking entries. It is finally the 20th July!!!
Other great news as well - we have three partners on board to join Goldmark. They are Mirenesse, Nak and Forcast - very exciting news.
Mirenesse will be looking after all our model's makeup needs while Nak will make sure theyall have beautiful hair...and topped off with Forcast fashion it is going to be a huge task for the judges to pick the winner out of the 10 finalists.
We are looking forward to receiving more entries - they have already started flowing. Be sure to get your in soon. Voting starts on the 18th August and the finalists will be announced on the 18 September.
Once you have entered, start telling everyone you know to vote for you after the 18th Aug. All they need to do is go into a Goldmark store, collect a voting coupon and then visit nextrealmodel.com.au and cast their vote for you. The top ten entrants with highest number of votes will be off to the final in Sydney at Macarthur Square on 26th September.
So... get your entry in, start spreading the word and then keep up to date with all the goss by following us on Twitter, MySpace and Facebook!

Venue finalised for NRM Final
OK - after looking at heaps of possible venues for the very important Next Real Model final we have decided on the 'one'....drum roll.... it is Macarthur Square in Campbelltown NSW. Check it out!
The date is the 26th September 2009 (I know AFL Grand Final day but we will be finished before lunchtime and you can catch the first bounce) Anyway, this is more exciting than football!!
So put the date in your diary and we will see you there...don't forget, entries open on the 20th July

Getting ready to start counting down days to entry!
It is getting close now and I hope people are starting to think about their entry to be Goldmark's Next Real Model.
Entry opens on the 20th July and voting will commence on the 18th August .... looking forward to getting it all underway.
All you need to do to enter is complete a simple form and upload some images - even a short video - just show us how you would "show it off" if you were the next real model!! Plus there are some great prizes up for grabs including a $5,000 Goldmark gift voucher, a modelling portfolio plus heaps more!
Stay tuned and we will be updating regularly - including features on our entrant of the day and week!!! Will be loads of fun.
